The Refinishing Process
Typically, each kitchen project takes a week.
The process consists of these important steps:
1) Doors and drawer fronts are taken off site (only the cabinet boxes are done inside the house). The cabinet boxes and the area around is masked off. We always ensure to protect the floor, walls and your goods from overspray. The whole kitchen is degreased/cleaned very well.
2) For our sanding process, we use an orbital sander and for the intricate areas we sand by hand.
3) To get a really good bonding, we use 2 coats of primer.
4) The final step is two coats of the finishing product and assembling everything back together.
